Pricing
All prices displayed are inclusive of VAT where applicable and shown in GBP (£). We strive to ensure pricing is accurate; however, if an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and will contact you as soon as possible.
Cancellations & Refunds
Each accommodation partner sets its own cancellation policy. Please review the policy at the time of booking.
Refunds will be processed according to the accommodation partner’s terms and may take up to 10 business days.
- Payment Terms
bed4night accepts payments directly through our platform via trusted third-party payment processors (such as Stripe or PayPal).
We do not store your credit or debit card details on our servers.
Payments must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise specified.
- Limitation of Liability
While we take reasonable care in curating our accommodation listings, we do not guarantee:
- The accuracy of descriptions, images, or amenities provided by third-party accommodation partners.
- The quality or suitability of any accommodation listed on the site.
